Excellent guidance for a beginner. A great experience. Felt more mobile even after one session. Very relaxing too. Thanks Cathy!

I’d really recommend Cathy – she listens, and she specifically tailors exercises to me given my back restrictions and that gives me comfort that I’m in safe hands

This group, and Cathy in particular, is amazing. Never thought I would feel so good doing this and I am still very much a beginner!

I have Osteo-arthiritis in both hips and over the past few months have experienced both reduction in pain and improved mobility. Highly recommended.

What type of yoga classes do you offer?
My yoga classes cater to all levels and preferences. From gentle restorative to dynamic flow, there is something for everyone. Classes are small, so I offer lots of individual guidance and 1-1 support.
Do I need to bring my own mat?
I always have extra yoga mats, yoga blocks, straps and bolsters to use. I do encourage you to get your own yoga kit – not only for the sake of hygiene, but to give you a sense of ownership and freedom of choice in your own practice.
What should I wear to a yoga class?
We recommend wearing comfortable and breathable clothing that allows for a full range of movement. Choose clothing that allows you to stretch and bend without any restrictions. Most yogis prefer to wear leggings or shorts along with a fitted top. Remember to dress in layers, as you may warm up during the practice.
