I am combining my skills as a remedial yoga teacher and experience as an accredited master coach in this 4-week anti-stress program. Designed to give you rest and recovery time, it will reboot your heart, body and mind to leave you feeling energised and focussed. We will be using a combination of yin yoga, Pranayama (yogic breathing), Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) and cognitive behavioural psychology to zap the stress in the bud.
After the course, you will not only be back in a position of power over your life and it’s stress factors. You will be set up to enjoy Christmas and take on December in a strong and positive way.
You will gain tools and tricks to help you maintain good sleep, avoid getting emotionally distraught and ready to sail through life and the festive season with a relaxed smile and a calm head.
