Is your back hurting?
We are all in lockdown due to coronavirus, but backpain doesn’t care about that, does it?!
I have rewritten my 6-week remedial yoga program for lower back pain to help people find relief whilst they are unable to see their physiotherapist or chiropractor.
For 6 weeks, we will work together via Zoom and in Facebook, where the sessions will be recorded for you to access whenever you need them. The practice will be gentle, kind and restorative, suitable for even the most immobile or stiff bodies. aimed at relieving stiffness and muscular tension, mobilising and moving joints, improving posture and improving mood and mindset.
Starting on Thursday 7th May, the live sessions will take place at 8.45am. Early morning is the best time to start moving the body for better mobility all day. But if you can’t join in to the live session, don’t worry! You will still have full access to the whole recorded practice, and you can ask questions or give feedback to me by phone or Messenger if yo ucan’t be in the live session.
There is no need to be in pain or discomfort from your back while we wait out the virus!

The whole 6 week course will only cost £45 – that’s the same as one physio session! My aim is to teach people to feel empowered enough to help themselves – this is where we start!
