Please note that by engaging with our content or courses, you acknowledge that yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Please consult a physician before beginning any activity program, including our yoga courses. It is your responsibility to take care of your own body by not practicing yoga when you are pregnant, or have an illness or injury. In a live class, please advise the teacher of any such condition before practicing. Neither the instructor, nor the hosting facility, is liable for any damage to person or property, resulting from taking a live yoga class. When online, please respect your physical boundaries too. If at any time during any yoga practice facilitated by Diversity Yoga, whether online or offline, you feel pain or strain, immediately stop what you are doing. Take rest when you need to. In yoga, it is important that you listen to your body and respect its limits on any given day. Always tell your teacher about changes to your physical condition before commencing any practice. We do not accept any liability for further injury or damage caused during facilitated but unsupervised online yoga practice. Please consult a medical professional before engaging with this content.
