Remedial yoga for back and leg pain – 6 week course
The first of a structured 6-week course focussing on foundation yoga postures to improve mobility, alignment, strength and balance in the lumbar area and lower extremities. There will be a maximum of 10 attendees to allow for individual assistance and hands-on adjustment through out the class.
