2017 is crammed full of exciting ways to get your yoga practice!

Classes continue at The Studio @ Durham House in Farnham as normal at 5-30 and 7-00 pm
These classes will run throughout the year in the cool studio at Bikram Yoga Fleet, starting at 6-30 pm on Friday evenings, with a 2-week break in between. Course start dates are

- 17th March
- 9th June
- 11th August
- 3rd November
A full 2-hours of super relaxing yin yoga, using bolsters and props to support the joints. Deeply stretching and equally relaxing, the beautifully quiet Studio @ Durham House is the perfect venue on the last Saturday afternoons of every month. Classes will start at 4-00pm.
In 2016, the day retreats got booked out really quickly! It was super to enjoy yoga outside, share a lovely meal and practice strong hatha flow, yin and yoga nidra in the garden studio at Broadlands Farm in Ascot. SO i am not changing the format – Day retreats are on for 2017! The dates are as follows:

- 24th September
No yoga year will be complete without a visit to the haven of Shanticentre in Abruzzo, Italy. This year, we have spaces left between 10th and 16th July
